Yup, try a new brand, maybe a water proof one if you sweat (that sometimes causes my eyeliner to smudge, ESPECIALLY in summer, when it's incredibly hot out,) or have watery eyes. If you rub your eyes a lot... well, don't wear eyeliner or mascara.
Try waterproof if they have it, or try a different brand.
i say u need a new eyeliner try loreal hip creme eyeliner or covergirl line exact
