Was the company maybelline named after the founders sister, Mabel?

I know that the man who invented mascara did so for his sister Mabel. Did he also found the Make-up giant Mabelline, maybe it's an extension of Mabel.Was the company maybelline named after the founders sister, Mabel?
Yes. Maybelline was first formed in 1915 as a mail order buisness by T.L. Williams to market a mascara he had created two years earlier for his sister, Mabel.
