I dont really like it
I bought it and the brush doesnt even vibrate the wand does.
its just like any other cheap mascara.Has anyone tried the New Maybelline Pulse Perfection Mascara?
yes and its cool but i would just get maybeline volume mascara, two coats and use a good old fashion cheap eye lash curler
i bought it and tried it andyou have to have a really steady hand and not blink alot or have sensative eyes but its its pretty good
