I don't like that..plus I like an applicator with a felt tip instead of that dinky little brush they give you..is there a mascara that is similar to Almay, but waterproof?Why does Maybelline Waterproof mascara dry shiny?
try priming with shiseido mascara base. i love it!!

definatly go mac...but im not shure weather its ust the fact that it's waterproof...
try priming your eyelash with like prep and prime from mac.
