I want to try it over my eyeshadow but I'm only looking for a slight shimmer, not a glitter.
Any other suggestions?Has anyone used Maybelline Expert Wear Shimmer Powder?
i love it. just don't over do it...or you'll look like your 13 years old and trying to learn how to wear makeup.
but it's perfect for just the right amount of shimmer.
